कोल्हापूरच वैभव आणि संस्कृती सांगणाऱ्या वास्तूपैकी एक नवा राजवाडा परिसर प्रत्येक महिन्यात निसर्गाचा, पर्यटकांचा ओढा इथ वाढतं जातो, खास करून दिवाळी पासून नाताळा पर्यंत! विविध ऋतू मध्ये या परिसरात निसर्ग चित्र काढताना नविन प्रयोग करता येतात. राजवाड्या बरोबर भोवतालचा परिसरात अनेक स्पॉट आहेत. थंडी मधे सकाळच्या कोवळ्या उन्हात हे घर आणि मागील राजवाडा रचनेसाठी छान प्रकाशाची उधळण करत होता, ही उधळण जलरंगात साकारली.

इंगळे वाडा: कोल्हापुरातील जुन्या इमारती, वाडे, मंदिरे आपल्या समृध्द इतिहासाची साक्ष देत आजही डौलाने उभ्या आहेत अगदी एखाद्या सुंदर शिल्पा प्रमाणे! त्यांची चित्र रंगवताना वेगळी उर्जा मिळत आहे. 

 असाच सुंदर इंगळे वाडा! पद्मा हॉटेलचे मालक ऋतुराज इंगळे सर आणि त्यांच्या परिवाराने मोठ्या कष्टांने या वास्तूचं जतन केले आहे. वाडा दाखवताना; त्यातील कलाकृतीचा अनमोल ठेवा पुढच्या पिढी पर्यंत पोहाचावताना त्या विषयीच प्रेम या वस्तुमधे जाणवतं. मजबुत दगडी बांधकाम आणि सभोवतालची हिरवळ, वाड्यातील बांम्बूनची झाडे, अनेक प्रकारची फुलझाडे यामुळें सर्वत्र नैसर्गिक गारवा दिवसभर जाणवतो. रेखाटन व चित्र रंगवताना किती तास झाले हे देखील लक्षात आले नाही.

रेखाटन चे मिलिंद सर यांच्या प्रयत्नामुळे सर्वांना एक उत्कृष्ठ वास्तू दर्शन आणि पाहुणचार अनुभवता आला, अडमीन आणि सर्व टीम चे आभार!

While showing the castle; The precious treasure of the work of art is passed on to the next generation, and the love for that subject is felt in the object. Due to the strong stone construction and surrounding greenery, bamboo trees in the palace, many types of flowers, the natural breeze is felt throughout the day. I didn't realize how many hours were spent sketching and painting.

कोल्हापुरातील बिनखांबी मंदिरापासून काही पावलावर असणारे श्री रंक भैरव मंदीर सभोवतालच्या इमारती मुळे नजेस पडत नाही. या प्राचीन वास्तूला थोडी डागडुजी केली आहे. चारी बाजूंनी दगडी तटबंदी असल्याने परिसरात थंड वातावणात चित्र काढताना जाणवत होते. सकाळच्या कोवळया किरणात भोवतालच्या झाडांमुळे मंदीर अधीक उठून दिसत होते. त्यामुळे जलरंग बरोबर पेन चा वापर केला. रेखाटन ग्रुप ने सुंदर स्पॉट निवडला त्यामुळे या मंदिराचे चित्र काढता आले आणि थंड शांततेचा अनुभव घेता आला.

परतीचा पाऊस सप्टेंरअखेर महिना संपत आला तरी अधून मधून पडत आहे. सकाळी धुके थोडा पाऊस पुन्हाउन .... अश्या वातावरणात चित्र काढण्याची कसरत करताना बराच वेळ गेला कारण कधी ढगाळ वातावरण तर कधी उंन यामुळे छाया प्रकाश रंगवताना थांबावे लागले. शेवटी उन्हाने साठ दिली आणि चित्र पूर्ण केले.
